Конкурс на лучшее партнерское решение проводился по направлениям SAP ERP FI/LO (финансы и логистика) и SAP ERP HCM (управление персоналом) и состоялся в рамках ежегодного Саммита по российской локализации решений SAP-2014 в Москве.
Отдел кадров ОАО "Татнефть" и Energy Consulting представили решение по формированию трудового договора и дополнительных соглашений к нему, которое в результате голосования клиентов и профессионалов SAP признано лучшим и будет сертифицирована компанией SAP как самостоятельный программный продукт.
Решение по формированию трудового договора и дополнительных соглашений к нему ОАО "Татнефть" внедрено с 2014 года и применяется в 22 структурных подразделениях Компании. Решение полностью интегрировано с автоматизированными процессами кадрового делопроизводства, организации труда и заработной платы, процессами по охране труда и промышленной безопасности.
Решение разработано специалистами отдела кадров, службы SAP, управления промышленной безопасности, отдела организации труда и заработной платы ОАО "Татнефть" совместно с командой консультантов Energy Consulting. При формировании трудового договора созданная система автоматически отображает в трудовом договоре сотрудника его персональные данные, сведения по организационному присвоению, об оплате труда, режиму работы и отдыха, данные по условиям труда на конкретном рабочем месте.
Дополнительные соглашения к трудовому договору формируются автоматически. Также реализованы массовые инструменты по формированию дополнительных соглашений в связи с индексацией заработной платы и изменением условий труда.
В результате реализованного проекта специалистам Компании "Татнефть" удалось распределить матрицу ответственности по каждому пункту трудового договора между различными службами - отделом кадров, отделом организации труда и заработной платы, управлением промышленной безопасности и охраны труда.
Успешно внедренная в ОАО "Татнефть" система обеспечивает приведение трудового договора в соответствие с трудовым законодательством и на 87% сокращает рабочее время на формирование договора.
Это уже вторая победа в конкурсе SAP в области управления персоналом. В 2013 году решение по созданию резерва на оплату неиспользованных дней отпуска в бухгалтерском учете для ежеквартальной инвентаризации, разработанное Energy Consulting совместно с ОАО "Татнефть", было признано лучшим клиентским решением в направлении SAP ERP HCM.

The Project of TATNEFT and Energy Consulting Has Been Acknowledged the Best in the SAP Contest
The partner solution in the field of personnel management on SAP ERP HCM platform developed by the professionals of JSC TATNEFT and Energy Consulting was recognized the best at the SAP Solutions Russian Localization Summit.
The contest for the best partner solution in SAP ERP FI/LO (Finance and Logistics) and SAP ERP HCM (HR Management) areas was arranged and held within the frame of the annual SAP Solutions Russian Localization Summit SAP- 2014 in Moscow.
The Personnel Office of JSC TATNEFT and Energy Consulting Company had presented a solution for development of an employment contract and its supplementary agreements, which was recognized as the best one based on voting results of the SAP customers and professionals and will be certified by SAP as a standalone software product.
The solution on the development of the employment contract and its supplementary agreements was implemented at JSC TATNEFT in 2014. It is applied now at 22 structural divisions of the Company. The solution is fully integrated with the automated processes of the personnel records management, organization of labor and wages, processes of labor protection and industrial safety.
The solution has been developed by the professionals of the JSC TATNEFT's Personnel Office, SAP service, Industrial Safety Department, JSC TATNEFT's Office of Labor Organization and Wages together with a consultants' team of Energy Consulting Company. In the employment contract development the created system automatically displays in the employment contract the employee's personal data, organizational assignment information, remuneration of labor, working and recreation conditions, as well as the data on working conditions at the specific workplace.
The supplementary agreements to the employment contract are formed automatically. Also implemented there are supplementary agreement wide-scale tools to develop supplementary agreements in connection with the wages indexation and the working conditions changes.
As a result of the project implementation the professionals of TATNEFT Company have succeeded in distributing the responsibility matrix for each item of the employment contract between the various services: Personnel Office, Office of Labor Organization and Wages and Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Department.
The successfully implemented at JSC TATNEFT system provides for bringing the employment contract in line with the labor laws and reducing the time for the employment contract development by 87%.
This is already the second victory in the SAP contest in the HR management area. In 2013, establishment of a contingency reserve for payment of unused vacation days in the accounting for the quarterly inventory developed by Energy Consulting together with JSC TATNEFT was recognized the best clients' solution in the SAP ERP HCM area.
